FSW. I got points for education. To my best knowledge, I did upload everything. But, at the end of the day it was their word against mine. Had to go thru the whole process again.

I applied in February, waited for 4 month and 1 week to get a rejection letter due to missing educational files. All I had in my status during that time was only one line, - Application received. Sorry man, I hope you are in a better situation and everything will be ok with your file. Good luck!

Go and do it again. I did it 3 times and it never took me more than 2 weeks to get!

I did submit my education docs indeed and it was a correct file. Plus, the statement "You are wrong" is too strong in English language to say for somebody who doesn't know me and hasn't witnessed me uploading files. It is just rude to make such a statement on your side, to say the least...

My application has been rejected today on the grounds of "no education docs were submitted". This is nonsense as I would not be able to complete application without uploading the education docs. I am appealing the decision with CIC now.

My application was rejected because according to CIC, "no education docs were submitted". If I wouldn't upload education docs I wouldn't be able to complete and submit my application as the education docs were a requirement. It does not make no sense to me. The application status for 4 months...

I have just received an e-mail from CIC that my application has been rejected. Shock! The reason: not all docs submitted, missing my University diploma. I have submitted all docs including my Diploma and WES assesment. And it took them 4 months and 1 week to let me know... Never dealt with more...

No Medical Status at all, just "Application received on 25th of February". Even though I did take Medical in February...

Thank you, guys for advice! I have submitted CAIPS yesterday, will see now how long it will take them to start moving on my application. With 1004 points and ITA after the first draw it looks ridiculous that it takes them more than 4 months to start working on my file!
