About the medical exam, I did mine in Curitiba and it cost me R$ 575,00, including blood tests and the X-ray. BUT, in my case, the doctor asked me to arrange a "specialist report" from my endocrinologist and so I paid more R$ 400,00 for a last minute consultation to get this report done.

I've just sent my ADR's documents! I split them up into 8 parts of more or less 5Mb each, all PDF (I didn't use .zip). I didn't receive any error message back, so I think it got there alright :) Congrats to all that have received nominations!!! ;)

I did in March, one month after I have submitted my application.

I didn't send the receipt to Ontario, and they never confirmed. I just ordered WES and WES sent me the confirmation, back in March/2016. And yes, I ordered the duplicate before OINP requested directly to me. It was right after they declared this was a necessary procedure for all candidates.

I also would like to know what is the difference between "bank assessment" and "bank statements". Is the bank assessment the monthly account report, which gives an overview of the account movement? And bank statements are the daily account movements? ::)
