Ecas was pretty weird it says they sent out notification for August 20th regarding Test invite. But nothing showed up in email till August 31st so I checked Ecas status there was nothing too. But this morning it got updated that they sent notification on Aug 20th.

Finally after 1 year of Patience with Mississauga processing center received Test invite for September 14th. Good luck to everyone who's awaiting last steps in processing of Citizenship.
