I see my dependents names on my virtual landing portal, although they are outside Canada. Is this normal? Anyone had this?

I received my credentials email today, but can't get into my CIC account to check if there is anything for dependents. Keeps pushing me to the main page.

Yeah, looks like whoever got remedical request for dependents before expiry date, they will receive good news soon.

September 2020

Received portal confirmation email this morning, replied right away, waiting for credentials. Stay positive guys, they are working on the files now.

It happened to my dependents as well, ircc asked my dependents for remedical almost 2 moths before the expiration of original ones. Mine was extended according to the agent. Dependents did remedical last week. Hopefully they finalize our applications soon.

I know. The thing is my dependents medicals don't even expire until August 31, 2021, no idea why they are asking for it now.

Talked to an IRCC agent today, he said to do the re-medical as it is the last stage of assessment and it might be approved after they receive new medicals. Hope to get a good news soon. Will keep you guys posted.

Just received a request to do medicals for my dependents that were done upfront on August 31, 2020. I don't know if they don't see it in their system or the expiry is too close and that is why they are asking to do this. Anyone had the same thing here?
