Lol. Your suggestion seem to reflect the old system pre-express entry. Even the liberals acknowledged that express entry put in place by the conservative is a good system but need some improvement like bonus points for canadian education, etc...

If you want to know that you passed the medical, you need to get grade A everywhere ans not B. Go in person and ask the doctor; they don't give information over the phone. Ask the receptionist.
