Bank draft doesn't include any account number ... You can go to any bank and tell them to make bank draft in 125CAD , in the favour of Receiver general for Canada ... Then you have to send that with your application ...

FRC shows your complete family tree , so if it's your brother, sister or parents sponsoring you, IO can Clearly check this relation as Valid and legal through this document ...
