I have that problem too, until I found out that the issue date on the card were date and then the month, so not month and the date........ maybe try that

it sound like we still need to wait the process time reach Feb 23. 2018.... when the website reach Feb 23 which right now is Feb 9 we will got the answer. However sometime they just mail to you 4 day after or give you a pick update..... I'll keep you post and let me know when you got more info...

do you live in Canada most of the time or live outside of canada and just renewal when you in town

you should use a CIC web form or email your MP to help you. this is taking too long. usually if you live in canada all year round usually they just give it to you right away.

are you applying special case? usually if you don't live in canada could take longer. are you in canada right now

I though you only could renew pr card within canada, such as when you back in town.

basically you don't live in canada, but come back to town once in a while and you live with a canadian while out of the country. However you don't pay tax, so this kind of case we call it Non-residence "
