Its a system limitation problem and you should upload your passport document in letter of explanation section since its a mandatory document. This information is confirmed by cic now.

Any luck guys? Did anyone hear from cic technical team yet? Btw Caimi did you trying logging into your mycic account from different browsers?..you can also try clearing browser cache and cookies ..none of these worked for me though .Just thought should share. Good luck

I'm not sure about Ielts but don't submit your application without passport/travel document since these are mandatory. There seems to be a software bug and the travel documents section has disappeared for many people ..if your submission deadline is approaching you should upload your travel...

Thanks for your comments guyz.. I am trying to login and out few times a day and have also submitted a technical enquiry to cic. Or else i will go with the letter of explanation option if it stays there since it's been appearing and vanishing lately .
