It seems that they are now nominating from those who already received pre-scr in the period between (10-3 : 13-3) and not opening new files, and i guess after finishing those applications if the cap wasn't filled they will start giving pre-scr again. That's my opinion.

Thanks jaskaranjassal for your reply. I'm afraid because i was told that the chances to get a study permit for PGDip is too low because the officer thinks that you can do it in your country why you want to go to Canada and it's not a degree like master.
