WHY DOES EVERYONE INCLUDE THE 2019 INCOME? SAYS LAST 3 TAXATION YEARS? DID I READ IT RIGHT? OR AM I MISSING SOMETHING ON THE INSTRUCTION?

Why does some of you put 2019 income as well? Did I read it right? Last 3 taxation years? Or I missed the instruction?
