Any reason that they mentioned (like further review etc.)? If everything is done in December and 13 months period is also over, why the PR is delayed until October?

My dates are also almost same as yours (Rec Date: Jun 9, 2014 and AOR: Jul 21, 2014)...and still waiting for MR. We might get some updates by mid July.

You never know...you might hear much earlier or later. 400 days (~13 months) is just a checkpoint timeline.

You are correct, my AOR date is 21-July-2014 and due date is 20-July-2015. But I have not received any MR yet...still waiting :(

You misread my comments my friend...I did not say untrained. In any organization, employees will be at different levels of experience even freshers. For this matter, it applies to any country. This does not mean you are de-grading any employee.

I think nobody from CIC will see this forum. In this forum, we are grouping applications month wise (Jun, July....)...but I am not sure CIC will pile the applications monthwise. CIC will pick the applcications in the order they receieve. But if they find some issue/doubt due to impropoer...
