according to me, ur refusal is because of ielts....for pg courses the ielts requirement is 6.5 overall and not less than 6 in any module.........and ur percentage in b.com is low ....try to cover up these things in sop...or take ielts again...

you can apply with family ....your spouse will get work permit and children will get TRV

@ harry please share ur profile and refusal reason as well... don't worry....many people got their visas in second attempt.... long gaps are acceptable if u have work experience but if u did nothing, then 1-2 years gap is acceptable.....

Gap means that u did nothing in that period .....but if u have work experience, then that will not be counted as gap...

the deadline on the CIC website for September intake is August 1 ...so its better to submit ur application before that...

not logical progression because you are going for post graduate diploma when u already have done ur masters and ur ielts score are too low according to ur qualification........you should atleast score 7 bands....

you should meet the college requirements of ielts for ur program.....otherwise in general category there is not any condition for ielts scores.... to make this point clear....like in spp there is condition that student have minimum 5.5 each and 6 overall ielts for diploma and 6 each and 6.5...

ITR'S are not must but recommended. ...

once ur study is completed , then u can apply PGWP , ... IF u will study 2 year program then u will get 3 years work permit......

reapply for same intake.....but this time u have to apply under general category.....u just need to add some extra documents.......and a good sop (covering ur reason for choosing diploma after diploma)..... you will surely get ur visa this time ... good luck!

apply for September intake.....and ur visa is rufused because u are going for a diploma after diploma.......just add a sop with ur application explaining the reason that why u want pursue another diploma......

if ur program's duration is more than six months and less than or equal to two years, then u will get study permit for 2 years. Hope it helps
