Important docs like transcripts, LORs are generally provided in sealed envelopes. Envelopes having official stamp or cross signature at seal (glued area) are called sealed envelope. It ensure that you haven't opened this envelope. :)

I got file opening message on 31st March and yesterdy my portal was updated in the info that my documents were received on 31st March. Now how much time will it take.

Thanks for sharing ur experience. In my case they didn't even updated my portal after receiving my documents. When I dropped mail to them, they told that my completed application is with evaluation committee. It will take 3-5 weeks. Now 6th week is going on. Still no response.
