Hi Screech, what if you apply when you are already out of status? would that be "implied status" when they start processing the application?

FINALLY a 2013 applicant !!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D I think I have developed a mental issue now, checking app status and email 3 times a day, going crazy :o ???

It's nice to have someone remind us of that once in a while. If there was something wrong with applying while out of status, our applications wouldn't even be accepted. I think. But again, I think it also depends who is dealing with your case, and how aggravated they are with life :P

Lets all hope that this week processing time will drop, and they will move to.. Nov 27th! :D

as soon as it hits the 2013 apps we should celebrate. I just buried myself in work and gym :o , there must be something good out of all this waiting time :P

It is. I noticed it too. Its usually updated on Wednesdays. Not that it matters, I doubt it'll be updated to April, as I wish it did :-[

Absolutely outrageous !! Total year and a half of waiting, when so far it took 8-10 months in total !!

actually, i am applying outside of canada so we are talking about 13 month approximately. Is the strike supposed to go on for a while? Or is it supposed to end soon ?
