i applied for visa on 29/07/13 but my file is under processing....... as ticket price are going high every minute.... so my question is it possible to book a ticket without having a study permit or not???? and what are cancellation charges??...

karde apply mai app 19 tarik nu paise transffer kite hai................. dekheya jawega jo hoyu ga.....pura next week peya baki rabb te bharosa rakh..

thankyou very much softfuel12 and mead..... actually its all because of my agent she told me that won't be a problem...... she also told me it is not possible to renew my passport before 6 month of expiry date............. so i applied with my old passport..... se7en i am Indian....
