If the application is accepted and you receive nomination NS will inform CIC and you can update your EE profile on CIC website in the section where it asks " Do you have any Provincial Nomination" after which your profile will be eligible for 600 points and will be assigned.

To submit your profile in EE you need to enter English Language Tests score. Without the actual test results you don't want to enter some fictitious scores as it may cause trouble later on if your profile is selected for ITA. Good Luck!
