Nothing will help you at this point in time. I have called up CIC and even they are clueless. I am also in the same boat, currently standing at 468 and should be at 503. I was able to answer all the new questions but what I see is "UPDATE NOT SUBMITTED"

323 is too too low. In my opinion you need to do something which helps you increase your score to at least 450. These days the score has been close to 500.
