In my case after 3 weeks they request the missing documents(certificates) and then the next week i got PPR ...4 weeks in total.Pretty fast!!! In general when your ECAS is updated IP it means that you are not going through an interview...but its not 100% sure

In general,after IP if any doc is missing they will request you the missed documents...if not next step is passport request ;) It also means that the interview is waived :)

Thnx :) they just said "We are ready to undergo the final review of your application. Please mail us the original passport with a prepaid courier to the address indicated by them ;) no instruction at all :-X

Have u done all the payments and send them the receipt with your info? Maybe they want an acknowledgment that payment has been made? :-X I m sorry, it is not clear at all >:(

I am suggesting two things: 1.order gcms notes here : https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/ 2.write an email to your VO asking about the current status for your application. For sure they will clear your thoughts and your situation. Keep the faith!
