Dear Members, I have a question.. One of my Friend has got PR visas with COPR in FSWP. In his COPR, destination city is mentioned as Toronto, but he wants to settle in Calgary, AB.. Can he land and settle in AB or he have to settle as mentioned on his COPR..?

Yes it seems correct and these extraordinary circumstances may include certain disability or some mental issues... but everything is fine and i think Pregnancy will be considered as a normal situation. I will call them to reconfirm, i already sent them email.
