Link your application with PA information . Keep passport information blank (do not fill them ), in the last question ( i think that it is about the number of person to be sponsored enter number 2 ). This the best way to link your application to the My CIC

Since you found that the status was application received then you have already AOR and your SA is on the way.

Hi Is your spouse a Canadian Citizen ? if so , then he/she has to prove that he/ she will return back to live in Canada (usually through rental agreement, job offer ,mortgage and such kind of things.
