When you complete the full application in Mon projet, you can read the file number.

Who told you that they would put a condition to learn French ?? Did someone receive the CSQ and were told to learn French ?

Once you are invited, you get 60 days to complete a full application on Mon projet (you get transferred to Mon projet after getting invited) Then on documents request, you get again 60 days. I did not do French.

Ok. I don't know the answer to that question but I will tell you that you won't be able to enter all the information on Arrima. Once you are invited, then only you can submit the full application.

I don't know about that. Just research more, otherwise call Quebec immigration, they will answer this.
