Yeah, I made an enquiry to DHL on that about two weeks ago and they confirmed that they run such service, the cost is almost equivalent to the cost of travelling to Accra, so my take is that if one has the time to make the trip it will be worthwhile because you will be sure of getting the visa...

Congrats on your status change, the time frame of receiving the PPR varies with the VO, for my VO I have seen about ten or more confirmations of people that just received their PPR in the last two days, so those with the status change should receive theirs very soon too. My fingers remains...

The freeze is clearly for FSW, anybody that has CSQ or obtains CSQ at a later time can certainly apply for their Federal process as soon as they are ready.

It took two months, though I had an additional document request after four weeks of the AOR, the document got to them about two weeks from the request date, so probably the status change would have been earlier.
