Just 2 applications reached CIO and 1 in transit(information from the spreadsheet).There should be a few applications which would not be listed in the spreadsheet. So lets multiply the 3 applications by 5 (3x5=15). Lets assume that it should be less than 20...........still 980 more. Lets hope...

FSWP 2011, the cap was only 500. The ECA report was not required at that time. Even then, the cap(500) was reached only by mid January 2012(opened on July 2011). This time the cap is 1000...........so, there is time.

I believe 3112 would be open till November or December. Hope for the best.
