Guys, Today I went to PSK for taking PCC in advance. They said PCC request letter from Canadian embassy is required to take the PCC... Is it like that? We can't take PCC without the PCC request letter from embassy?

Dear nithya, Actually you wasted your time by renewing your old passport with a new one as just because your place of birth is different in birth certificate and passport... DoB and parents name are more important, place of birth change in birth certificate and passport doesn't matter... But...
