My situation even worse : Applied in July 2018 from Woodbridge Processing started on Sep 19,2018. No further info/ correspondence from CIC till date. Not even finger prints. Really concerned.

Thanks to All above for invaluable inputs. The safe bet, as it appears, would be to apply for Citizenship while befrom inside Canada. As far PR Card renewal do they call for an interview or just renew it on the basis of application?
