Any idea / guess when November Inland FSW applicants will start getting ready for visa?

Reminds me about November 2015 when there was no movement from CIC for a few weeks.

Watching the current trend I agree with you. They had to change their process and redistribute their work in the beginning of November 2015 to make way for Syrian refugee processing. I think they are coming back to normalcy now.
