do i have some bad luck...since may 23rd cic said my AIP letter has been mailed out, after contacting the call center numerous times, they keep saying that its mailed out and they will resend it..,keep in mind my mailing address is the same i called yet again about 2 weeks back, the agent...

well i just check the site again, and under permanent resident it says medical received so good, they wouldn't want medical again...

i see...i'll go ahead and apply for the owp....y is it encouraged to do everything and send the application if its gonna be delayed and request things such as medical re-done again? hopefully nothing is requested again

yeah i did call the call centre and the agent told me its gonna be resend..the thing is though i don't have a job offer, would that be a problem i was thinking maybe the whole process would be over soon, because they haven't requested any additional info..and that decision made was since may 23rd

thanks, i thought so too i was telling my friend that she's better of doing it herself instead of paying a lawyer $5000 but the lawyer convinced her that she can be landed with his help by 10months..
