What happening guys! Anyone with any update recently! I just gave up on NDVO office, i dont even think they will even complete 80% of files in 12 months frame! Such a disappointment

May 09 application date! Dunno what is going on with the processing people in NDVO! Not even a single update! Send them inquiries twice no reply even!

I checked Mycic and it says now more documents required in order to process the application because it was documents are been reviewed. LOL immigration officers and their requirements uffff

We took the original but the rep mentioned color photocopy is fine and husband end up giving color copy which i dont understand why he would do that bu anyways! It is upto you how you want to do it. If you have VFS center near you i would say just drop the papers as you will get a reciept as well!

As I have shared before in my PR application (Canadian Experience Class) same email happened and it got delayed 6 months just because I did not submitted it again and it was written in bold too that no need to submit if already did so I am not taking any risk this time for my husband' process.

Update: So my husband went to the canadian VFS center to submit the PCC and proof of payment along with the letter requested it. The representative looked in the system and then also asked him to submit his passport And gave him the reciept! I dunno why they kept the passport as well!

We will be re-submitting the form at the VFS center of Canadian embassy just to be on the safer side. PCC and confirmation of payment along the letter

I would recommend that you provide whatever documents you have like boarding pass, pictures of short trip or visiting family etc etc other than marriage pictures and also include the call details or chat details after marriage. make a good solid case now. Consult a lawyer or immigration...

Guys i will share my experience at my permanent resident application. I recieved same email that PCC is required and i submitted that with application. But they needed new one and same wordings were printed on that one too.
