Yes you will need to submit police certificate for any country where you have lived for 6 months or more. In regards to dependents under the age of 18 police certificate is not required. No you don’t need to submit ECA,WES for WP just endorsement & PR applications.

@Navkhaira is only looking at sending a CSE for a personal update, they are fully allowed to do this as the applicant. They do not have to revoke access authority given to the representative. Please be careful what advise you are giving @Connectuae as if they did what you are telling them this...
