Hi backtowork! I saw templates here sa forum. Regarding rprf, yes it is when VO have verified completeness accuracy that they issue MR/RPRF. So if masatisfy mo required docs nila expect MR/RPRF soonest :-) God bless :-) I suggest affidavit will help if no supporting docs/certificate ka mabigay..
