application filed: aug 2010 file transffered: sept 2010 aor recieved: oct 2010 altho its dated aug "in process" since oct 2010 was married in april tho couldnt file till aug tho because of the stupid lawyer and husband (sponsor) changing province and job then just filled out everything...

is that from that from 'application filed' or aor recieved? btw CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH OF YOU WES BHAI!!! the visa's in hand and finally the wait is over for you guys!!!! she must be ecastic :)

thats true. we hired a "gora" representitive. he also told us 6 to 9 months and that quebec cases take faster...such a lie! and then his secretary filled the forms and kept making mistakes like wrong spellings in out last names etc. since i had to sign the docs in pakistan it delayed my case 3-4...

In my case they received my application AUG 2010(AOR Date), they created her file in OCT(according to eCAS they started processing), and I received my AOR at the end of Oct 2010. It makes sense to start counting from the day they create the file...but then u have cases like ayesha's and...
