i owe money for child tax (I am in the process of paying it off). I made a huge mistake and didn’t understand how split custody works and now I owe over $4000 to child tax. I am wondering does this affect sponsering my spouse sponsership or makes me ineligible ?

i really need help! I applied to sponser my husband on oct 1st 2018. The application package I had didn’t say he needed biometrics. Or mentioned anything about it. Upon reading the Canada website you need to send biometrics (he is from Europe). Now my question is I haven’t even received my aor...
