No its second time. My previous visa was Work permit. And then I applied for PR (In process SINCE Last March). Now I applied for a student visa (Aug 26th).

Process will be same. But the application wont have any connection to VFS. So passport receival may be through some other way like collecting from embassy or embassy may be sending it directly..
