I got an idea. What u can do is apply for ur bowp and let it come to ur canadian address .. if u have friends or relatives here ask them to courier ur permit to u in hong kong .. so once ur back into canada .. u can show the new work permit to immigration.

What ?? u did medicals when u applied for CEC? So ur saying u did upfront medicals before applying for PR ? Which month did u do this in?

R u inside canada ? If your in canada and ur applying for BOWP .. click no medicals and then it will ask u if ur work in health industry.. only those working for health industires will need to give medicals

No you dont need a medical exam if your applying for BOWP

You need to apply for a BOWP anytime before 4 months of your PGWP expiry. So if your PGWP expires in August .. you would be eligible to apply for a BOWP in May. if you're planning on leaving for China and coming back .. make sure you have a multiple entry visa stamped on your passport for...
