The next step in the next one month or so , is getting your File Transferred (FT or AOR2) to the Canada Embassy in your country or region as the case may be, after that, another letter from the embassy will be sent to you via home address or to your email or to your GCkey account informing you...

I think what ACK is saying is that, he received his AOR (reply) on the 26th of May not few days after he sent his application through DHL. DHL, can only confirm to you when they delivered your application to CIC and who signed for it.

I dont think CIC does that. Its DHL that will only confirm to you the person that receive your parcel at CIC office.

Thank you very much. You are right. I just confirmed from DHL this morning. My file was received by same Mike on the 22nd and not on the 16th as I assumed initially. I was given another tracking.

Thank you for the advice. I have done all I think I need to do but no positive response. I tried linking my Application to GCkey but I keep getting this response " Based on the information you entered, we found no applications".

I sent it via DHL and I was not told nor receive any further message on who received the parcel. I was only informed that it has been delivered.

Today, Making it 72 days I submitted my application which is 10 weeks. I have not heard anything from them. This is frustrating. What could this possibly mean? Is there any way I can check why my application is so delayed?

That was fast. I am still waiting for my AOR since march 16th I submitted my application to CIC. I dont know how long I have to wait.huummmm.

If you apply from Nigeria, your Visa office is Ghana.
