Usually IP2 turns-up 1.5-2 months after BG:NA

My BG went to IP2 on 27th May and waiting for sweet PPR since then

@anup_abc i emailed CPC-Ottawa and specifically asked about eligibility & security.It was surprising they told this much on email

@anup_abc & @mamgain , We are in the same situation. My BG went to IP2 on 27th May and when i emailed, i learnt that my eligibility was completed and Security was in process. Hopefully things will be settled by the end of June. Cheers ;)

please wait until the end of June before your Background status changes to In Progress

All of my file is being processed at Ottawa and i am residing in Pakistan

Finally got in touch with CIC through Email and inquired specifically about my ELIGIBILITY & SECURITY since my BG went to IP on 27th May. I was confirmed that my ELIGIBILITY was Passed & SECURITY was In Progress. No idea how long it is going to take for all this to complete. What do you think...

I am afraid that is the case. My BG-IP2 started on 27th May and no PPR cause i have traveled to China, UAE, Thailand & Singapore. Let's hope this gets cleared coming weekend ;)

I had sent an email almost a month ago in which they told me it was being processed in Ottawa. However in a call 2 days ago, agent also confirmed that my application was there.

Finally BG Status changed to " We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." from "Not Applicable" :) I am excited that finally there is some moment after BG:NA remained this way from 14th March.
