I've previously had an application reviewed and returned to me (incomplete - I submitted wrong NOC). They didn't charge my CC for that application.

Thanks! Only reason I asked - when you click the 'Apply online' link it takes you to a quiz to determine if you're eligible or not.

Might be a dumb question, but when applying for BOWP online do we do it through the MyCIC account?

CC charged on the 20th, my application was only received 27th Jan. Wow, that was fast. Is AOR pretty much confirmed after your CC is charged?

I assume that rule is in place because Leeds is so great nobody will ever want to leave.

Currently applying for CEC, should get AOR in a week or so. My question is regarding leaving the country while on a BOWP. I was planning, with my girlfriend to return to the UK this summer for a vacation, would I be able to do this or would I run into problems? Thanks

Hi, I applied for CEC back in November under a smiliar skilled NOC code (6XXX) and my application was returned due to the NOC code not meeting the required skill level. I'm now applying under a more suitable NOC code (as I am a manager and my duties reflect this) and it was simply my job title...

Good news if the early January applications have had their Credit Card charged. Sent mine 23rd so still a way to go yet. The wait is painful.

How likely is a BOWP application without AOR? Sent my CEC application 2 weeks ago, just wondering if it's worth applying for the BOWP before I receive AOR. I noticed some people have had positive results with this.
