I am applying for PR and i have a couple letters from Argentina (my home country) where i lived with my boyfriend. These letters are from landlords and my boss who are substantiating the claim that my boyfriend and I lived together there. Do i need to get these letter notarized? If so, how...

So do i need the police certificate then? Can't i just submit my application and then if they ask for the police certificate give it to them then? Reason i ask is because from the looks of it, it is going to take me over 1 month to get this police certificate.

But I am from Argentina....if I have to leave the country to activate the visa I will have to fly some place because I can't go into the States without a visa either. I would essentially have to fly to mexico or some place else wouldn't i?
