Do not worry about UCI. This is the 4th time I have created a profile. I had the same concern on creating my profile 2nd time. Your new profile will go just fine. UCI will get assigned in some time. My friend also recreated his profile yesterday hoping for the OINP NOI. You are not alone. :) cheers

You will need to give them the full name and DOB of the applicant. I would suggest wait for tomorrow and then make a call. You are not going to speed up any processing anyway.

Called up their customer service just now and got an update that both our applications have been processed on 16-Jan-2018 and will be mailed out mostly tomorrow.
