hi all, i applied for CES on 13th Aug. my category is 2172 (Database analysts and data administrators). so far 65 applications have been counted towards the 1,000 sub-cap. what are my chances if i apply after one/two week of receipt of my CES result (probably end of Oct or start of Nov)...

date of acknowledgement is the date when they charge your credit card? two months is toooooo much :(

what happens if the supplication reaches after the cap is hit? is it returned or it is considered at next reset (Jan I guess)
