After you graduated, you became an architect. It cannot be counted before that. Papers you need are clearly mentioned on cic website. e.g. contract letters, LORs, business card your LOR provider (if available), salary letter.

Hi there. I am not a senior member :-) but i can advice you to apply ONLY when you get ALL your docs in hand. I know the cap is rising everyday but you can apply in the next caps i.e. July 2012 (if current is reached).
