Haha yea same here except no "You passed the medical exam"... even though the exam was done up-front. Oh and we uploaded Schedule A through MyCIC. It would just be nice if they updated it to confirm they don't need anything else - the last line in ECAS is the one stating they sent me a request...

Generally it seems that when they ask you for information, they also ask you to tell them if you cannot provide it. The advice I've seen around the forum is to send a message indicating that you are gathering the documents but will not meet the deadline - that way they will know you are working...

When I logged in the Schedule A request was already there. No police check request, but I sent mine in upfront - we'll see if they request it in the future. Today we got AOR1 and are now able to check status on ECAS for both sponsor and PA.

My application was delivered Jan 30 and only today was I able to link it. We haven't received AOR1 yet. Hang in there! We were getting super anxious about it so I know it's a big relief when it finally happens, but try to not worry too much about it - it's not that unusual to take this long :)

Finally was able to link my account! I used Name and Date of Birth, with a space for the city, and left the passport fields empty. Have not received AOR1 or SA email yet, but at least have a UCI and application number! Application was delivered Jan 30.

We tried several different pens before finding one that worked well. And even then, one of us was better able to handle the pen than the other. It might also help to try different types of paper if you have the option.
