My sitution was close to you ( not exactly) but CPP did not ask me to redo the medical, because we did not have travel histories, and I got passport request on Sept 19. If your application was in Buffaloo, I guess they are working on such cases.

Thanks, yes it was a hard time for me and my family. I had to extend our permits and I spent a lot for TRV and permits. Now, I am looking for jobs and our PR help alot.

Thanks, I guess our medicals were expired in May 2013 but we did not receive anything that shows they are expired or extended from CIC. I sent an email to CIC but they did not answer my email. I hope PPR for all waiting applicants
