Ca-Ke its quite encouraging. I saw the changes this morning at 0730hrs but i received an email regarding the update at 1600hrs, less than an hour ago.

I did not contact them. They had requested for my passport two weeks ago. After receiving the letter i realized my background check had changed to "In Process".
