DelhiGuy In my opinion, if you are reapplying get your documents right as per CIC guidelines to eliminate doubt. When you have identified your birth certificate have no name, get the new one from India. This will reduce ambiguity and peace of mind about your documents.

Jaz0020, According to timelines, the range 6 – 10 business days for receiving E-mail from CIC for medical request. Now not all candidates receive call from CIC to his/her employer, I have read in this forum few have received a call from CIC

Delhi Guy, Iam not sure on 24th Christmas Eve, Indeed CIC is closed 25-26 and 1st Jan 2013. I guess staff is working on other days probably less than full. I won't be surprise applicants getting the updates/ status changes during this holiday season. So best of Luck for your status
