Hey! I don't think that is an option. See, you have applied for PR via an OUTLAND application. This means it is imperative for you to LAND into Canada- with out that your PR process is not complete.... Please make sure you are a 100% sure that you can continue staying in Canada while you are...

I did not over stay my 6 months... In fact I was there for 2 days less than 6 months.. I have no idea why they asked for this...

I wish I knew but apparently this is what has to be done... 4 months to process fingerprints! That's ridiculous! :( :(

I'm doomed I got a call from Delhi today saying that because I stayed in Canada for almost 6 months after marriage before submitting the passport I have to go give my fingerprints which they will then send to Canada for a PCC... I have to go for the same on 2nd April to Delhi and from then on...

Have you gone through a lawyer? If not you might be able to directly update it on e-CAS

Oh they are pathetic with informing us that they have received any info on our behalf... Wait for about 10 days or so and if the e-CAS website hasn't updated it yet send them a case specific email confirming that they received the update. They take a while to reply for emails but atleast you'll...

It also depends on what your husband told CIC... It would be wise for you to sort your differences prior to you flying off to Canada... That way he will be there to receive you and so if you then have any problems landing, he would be there to clear the issue...

So true! I was on a visit visa in Canada for 6 months after we got married... I loved every minute wiz him but would get BORED OUT OF MY MIND all day while he was at work... At the end of the day, despite the wait, we are getting a good deal... Now all we have to do is hope that the wait ain't...
