Are you holding Canadian PR or Quebec PR? Super Visa is easiest way....visa will be issued withing 1 - 2 months depends upon medical examination If you holding Qubec PR ..Pls check whether u can sponsor ur parents for Super Visa as certain documents need to be submitted from your side...
