Hi Twixsnips, Our time lines are very close and my status recently changed to "In Process" Is the change of VO a good sign or bad sign.. I can change my address to my brother at LA and most probably that will induce a change in VO in my case as well.... but I dont know it that will help or...

That seems true, I got my CAIPS notes in July and BF'D is shown as "PPS on 5th May 2011" .. dont know what it means thanks

This is not making any sense my file was transferred in Feb 2010 to buffalo.. I sent my complete document in Jun 2010 but got 2nd AOR on 4th Nov 2010.. All along I was reading that the period starts from file transfer.. if what you are saying is true then I'm in big trouble.. Regards,

Hey Team, I'm also in the same boat.. my case is slightly different that though my file was transferred to Buffalo in Feb 2010 .. I sumitted all documents in Jun 2010.. I got 2nd AOR in Nov 2010.. I dont know what those people were doing for 5 months. I assume everything is driven by the file...
