Just saw your post. My Mother inlaw went through it all while she was in tacloban during typhoon yolanda.. now.. they lost their house and most of the family has now moved to cebu (where my wife lives). i'd do anything to get my wife here.. so at least me and her can work together and help out...

Anyone who is born in tacloban, or Leyte who is directly affected by typhoon Yolanda can email CEM or CIC to put their website on high priority lists so their spouses/ family members here can come sooner.

Yes, sis they did.. pero like everyone who has PPR.. close but no cigar.. kaya quiet mode nalang mona ako and help those that need help. I realized that case to case basis talaga.. when it comes to this as I didnt pay the landing fee with the processing fee and they still responded after six months.

Wife is actually in Cebu.. don't know why it takes that long...
