VO will hold your BOWP application until your PR application receive R10 result. I dont know other people. But mine was hold for 1 month to wait for the result. I dont think VO will simply reject eh BOWP application now.

I didn't get how this BOWP app will impact on your PR case. They are in the different systems. I think, according to CIC, the time you are waiting for your decision from CIC is called imply status. How imply status cannot apply some people?

Have you read my post carefully??? The HR is looking for PR to fill the position. Just because of PR, we got rejected many time from HR, not because we are not good enough.

Never said no decent job here in Canada. 1. Maybe we have different definition about decent. 2. Not for international students.

And about fake experience. In a lot of cases, they didn't fake. But the point is, in a lot of situations, foreign experience cannot compared Canadian experience. It is not hard for you to find a job in your home country which is decent. But it is very very very very hard to find a decent job...
